The 2021 Burk Donor Survey is currently collecting data from active American donors. Given the extraordinary year that was 2020, the Survey is exploring how the pandemic and other major events last year affected giving but, even more important, whether 2020 will be a catalyst to change in how donors manage their philanthropy this year and beyond. The survey just launched at the beginning of March, but Penelope reports that it is already yielding very important information for fundraisers and, not surprising, reinforcing the lengths to which donors will go to help others.
